This one-owner 2025 DINAN BMW M4 Competition xDrive convertible was delivered new from Dingolfing, Germany in special-order Brooklyn Grey Metallic over Orange / Black full Merino leather upholstery, and has been upgraded with Dinan’s elite M4 EXPERIENCE PACKAGE, which at its maximum power level increases total output from 523 horsepower (stock) to a whopping 598 HORSEPOWER on ordinary 93 octane gas. The car is now being offered with only 3,470 miles, manufacturers’ literature, two keys, a BMW electronic card key, an extra set of floor mats, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

DINAN PERFORMANCE UPGRADES: Dinan+ Power Control Unit (PCU) with fully transferable factory matching warranty (4 year / 50,000 mile), Gloss Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake, Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust with Black Tips and corresponding X-Pipe, and Gloss Carbon Fiber Strut Brace. Collectively, these enhancements include:

• Factory computer controlled exhaust valves are retained and limit noise during low-speed driving and open fully during high-load conditions
• Free flow exhaust deletes resonators between the secondary catalysts and rear muffler for increased volume and reduced weight
• Exhaust and strut brace are 16.6 pounds lighter than stock (Stock: 74.4 pounds vs. Dinan: 57.8 pounds)
• Reduced intake restriction for increased turbo efficiency with greater power potential on modified builds
• Greater air flow, with 12.4% increase over stock system (Stock: 815 CFM, Dinan: 916 CFM @ 28" H2O)
• Larger volume air boxes (26% larger than stock) and tubes/plenum (50% larger than stock) allowing an increased volume of air to be utilized
• 11% increase in air filter area (stock: 65in², Dinan: 72in² per side) for optimum flow

Power is provided by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six cylinder engine, and is sent to all four wheels via an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic, xDrive all-wheel drive, and an M Sport rear differential. The 19” (front) and 20” (rear) wheels are wrapped in 275/35 ZR (front) and 285/30 ZR (rear) Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The twin-turbocharged engine features variable valve control with high-precision direct injection and was factory rated when new at 523 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. However, with the included DINAN performance upgrades, total output can be increased to as much as 598 horsepower (measured at the crank).

Key to the Dinan performance upgrades is the Dinan+ Power Control Unit (PCU), which includes Dinan’s fully transferrable factory matching warranty (4 year / 50,000 mile) for staggering power gains that are adjustable and monitorable via the supplied Bluetooth app. Per Dinan, when coupled with the other included Dinan upgrades, this setup produces maximum gains of +61 HP and +57 lb-ft of torque over stock.

The performance upgrades also include Dinan’s Gloss Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake for increased flow, efficiency, and visual appeal, Dinan’s Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust with Black Tips and corresponding X-Pipe for less restriction and weight and a smoother, louder, and sportier sound, and Dinan’s Gloss Carbon Fiber Strut Brace for sharper handling, reduced weight and flex, and allure.

In addition to its standard features, this M4 Competition convertible is optioned with the Parking Assistance and Executive Packages, offering parking assistance, heated three-spoke leather-wrapped M sport steering wheel, BMW curved display with heads-up display (HUD) supporting operation by voice, touchscreen, or iDrive Controller, and remote engine start, as well as M Shadowline lights, carbon-fiber trim, galvanic controls, heated and ventilated power-adjustable M Sport front seats with lumbar support, front seat neck warmers, quad exhaust outlets, and floating BMW center caps.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is equipped with paddle shifters, a red centering stripe, and M badging. Instrumentation consists of a 12.3” highly configurable Live Cockpit digital display, which includes a 200 mph speedometer, an 8,000 rpm tachometer, and readouts for fuel level, oil temperature, and other performance information, including real-time horsepower, torque, and g-force data.
